Refund policy

At Aspect Apparel, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with original tags (if applicable)
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you require a different size or color, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error by Aspect Apparel.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
