Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD before taxes and discounts.
For orders under $100 CAD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 2-8 business days
- United States: 5-10 business days
- International: Delivery times vary depending on destination.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you'll receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Aspect Apparel is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
